2.PROVIDE YOUR PRESCRIPTION (RX)
Based on the valid prescription from your eye doctor, please enter your Sphere (SPH), Cylinder (CYL), Axis, and Pupillary Distance (PD) in the Order Notes section during checkout.
TIP: Pupillary Distance (PD) is essential to ensure your lenses align perfectly with your eyes. Please make sure to provide it.
3. MATCH MULTIPLE PAIRS (IF APPLICABLE)
If purchasing multiple pairs in a single order, please clarify in the Order Notes section which specific prescription data belongs to each specific frame model.
